My creative process begins with storytelling.

Having a background in children’s publishing, I cultivated an awareness of how visual language conveys meaning and how elements like character, space, and detail shape our experiences. This sensitivity continues to influence my work in surface design and illustration.

 

Growing up in a small town along the Baltic Sea in northern Germany, I was immersed in wind-swept landscapes, diverse wildlife, and expansive horizons. This

early connection to my environment is reflected in  art, characterized by organic forms, layered movement, and an enduring love for animals.
